An experiment in letting go of the plan and simply seeing where the painting would go.
Beautiful Chaos layers soft washes of dusty pink, turquoise, cream, gold, and deep plum with bold black marks, repeating patterns, dots, and unexpected textures. Structured zigzags meet loose brushstrokes and organic shapes, creating a piece that feels both spontaneous and intentional.
This painting began as an exploration rather than a finished idea, which is part of why it became one of my favorite abstract experiments. Every layer led to the next until all of the seemingly mismatched colors, marks, and patterns found a way to belong together.
